일각에서는 무질서한 정치 과정에서 법치주의가 실현된것으로 긍정적으로 보는 사람도 있지만 모든 정치과정을 사법부의 판단에 맡기는 정치인들의 행태는 무책임하고 무능한 것이다.
모든 것을 사법부의 판단하에 결정낼 것이라면 뭐하러 정당이나 정치인들이 존재하는 것인가?
어차피 사법적 판단에 자기한테 불리하게 결과가 나오면 인정할 수 없다며 항고할 것 아닌가
한국 정치인들의 행태들을 보고 있으면 5살 어린이 징징거리는 수준이다.
국민들이 우쭈쭈 안해주고 자기편 안들어주면 자기들끼리 고소 고발을 넘어서 자신들을 질책하는 국민까지 고발한다.
정치인들이 갈등을 해결하고 협의점을 찾아가는 과정에서 새로운 가치를 창출하고 사태를 수습시켜내는 설득과 관용의 자세를 통해 국민들에게 귀감이 될 만한 모습을 보여줘야 정치인들을 신뢰하고 그들의 말을 믿고 의지할텐데 정치인들이 그들 스스로 자신들을 바로 세우기는 커녕 국민에게 자기편들어달라고 의지하고, 사법부에 자기편 들어달라고 의지하고, 대통령보고 다 책임져달라고하고 이런식으로 남이 안도와주면 자기들 스스로 해결을 못하니까 국민들로부터 신뢰를 점점 잃어가는 것이다.
독립적이고 책임감있고 믿을 수 있는 사람들은 무언가 갈등상황이 생겼을때 문제가 발생한 사람들끼리 내에서 해결을 해내려고 한다.
남을 거쳐서 돌려 해결할 필요도 없다.
본인이 직접 소통하고 해결하는것이 오해의 소지가 없고 가장 정확하게 문제를 해결할 수 있기 때문이다. 만약 그러한 노력에도 갈등이 해결되지 않는다면 그저 자기가 지금 당장 해야할 중요한 일들을 찾아내어 묵묵히 그 몫을 다할 뿐이다.
남이 알아주든 말든 남이 욕을 하든말든 내 자리에서 지금 내가 해야할 일을 묵묵히 하면 되는것이다.
물론 개인적으로는 억울하겠지만 오히려 그러한 억울함은 자신의 문제해결능력의 부족함으로 자각하고 내 억울함을 사적으로 풀기보다는 공적인 더 큰 일을 해결하는 것에 매진함으로써 억울한 사심을 더 큰 일에 매진하는것으로 스스로 해소시켜낼줄 아는 배포있는 회향이 필요하다.
다른 사람들에게 편들어달라거나 이간질하거나 대신 해결해달라는 식으로 남에게 의존하는 행태를 보이는 사람들은 이기적이고 무책임한 사람들이다.
이런 사람들은 국민들의 문제와 어려움을 해결해주기 위해 존재하는 정치인이 될 자격이 없는 사람들이다.
잘못을 아예 안하고 실수를 아예 안하는 사람이 유능하고 훌륭한 사람이 아니라 잘못을 하고 실수를 하는 일이 있더라도 자신의 불찰로 발생한 문제는 자기내에서 해결하려고 애쓰는 사람이 유능하고 배려심있고 책임감이 있는사람이다.
더욱이 이런 유약한 정치인들이 생겨나는 이유는 본인들 스스로 뚜렷한 정치철학이 없어서이고 국가와 국민을 위해 할일을 찾지 못해서이다.
국민들을 위해 무엇을 해야 하는지 무엇이 시급한 문제인지 전혀 파악을 못하고 있기때문에 한가롭게 자기네들끼리 싸우고 있는것이다.
그마저도 풀 방법을 몰라 국민들에게 고자질, 사법부에 고소고발, 대통령한테 책임전가, 나대신 혼내줘 이런식으로 흘러가게 되는거다.
자발적으로 해결하지 못하고 다른사람들이 편들어줘서 자기 문제를 대신 해결해주기를 바라는 정치인들은 필히 국가의 위기상황에서 나라팔아먹을 매국노들이 된다.
그래서 선동정치를 하는 정치인들을 가장 경계해야 하는 것이다.
자기 스스로의 힘만으로는 문제해결을 못하니까 쪽수의 위세로 문제를 강압적으로 해결하려고 사람들을 동원하는 것이기 때문이다.
그래서 선동꾼들은 그 안에 독재성이 내재되어 있고, 이런자들은 자국내에서 세력이 약해질경우 반드시 외세를 끌어들이게 된다.
귀치아르디니(F.Guicciardini)는 이탈리아의 수많은 내전의 역사를 통해 시민전쟁에서 언제나 한 당파는 다른 당파에게 굴복하기 보다는 오히려 위험을 무릎쓰고 외국의 적을 불러들인다는 견해를 보였다.
자신의 세력이 반드시 이기기만을 바라게 되면 외세를 끌어들이게 되어 국가의 주권을 약화시키는 일을 발생시키게 되는 것이다.
정치인들에게만 국한된것이 아니다.
국민들도 자기 일은 최대한 자기 혼자만의 힘으로 해결해내려는 습관을 길러야 한다.
각자 자기몫을 해내고 스스로 문제를 해결해내는 습관이 스스로를 강하고 자유롭게 만들어준다.
그힘이 모이게 되면 국가의 자유민주주의는 저절로 지켜지고 내 자신뿐만 아니라 국가를 부강하게 만들게 된다.
